Goals:

• Continue the drive toward the elimination of fatalities and serious injuries
• Ensure our people and our customers' people are never placed in situations that could endanger humans or the environment, and to always provide protective measures in at-risk situations

Foster a workplace that recognizes contributions, where everyone is included, valued and properly equipped for today and our collective future.

Goals:

• Upskill every employee to equip them for tomorrow's workforce and groom them for leadership growth at every level.

Goals:

• Continue to keep our carbon footprint at an exceptionally low level.
• Seek opportunities to procure clean energy credits to offset our already small carbon footprint
• Accelerate the adoption of zero-emissions transportation alternatives

Collaborate with Indigenous Peoples and communities in the advancement of reconciliation efforts, generate economic benefits and improve community well-being.
